RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
HERE AT BRIGHTLY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR SATISFACTION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US!
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return your items within 30 days of receipt. Include your order # on the outside of the package.
*All sales items, leotards and under garments are final sale. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you use your shoe box as a shipping box, we will not be able to refund you and your return will be refused.
Brightly recommends you send back your return with insurance. Then you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable. Please keep in mind it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

Since many of our items sell out very fast, we offer express exchanges to ensure we still have your item and size in stock. Simply place a new order for the item you need to exchange and we'll waive the shipping fee.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE DATE.
*Please Note: Orders plaсed from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rice, Guam, and US Virgin Islands are exchangeable, but a $10 exchange fee will be applied. Also, we are currently unable to accept any International exchanges. Sorry for any inconvenience.
**If you have received a damaged product please call us so we can resolve any issues ASAP. As soon as your return arrives in our warehouse, we will process it promptly and your credit card will be refunded minus an $8 return fee & you will be emailed a refund notification.
Our shipping offices are open M-F 9AM-5PM PST. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays.
